Quality is becoming the currency of behavioral health.
Psych Hub is leading the first national effort to define, teach, and certify evidence-based behavioral health care — in partnership with Healthsperien, the American Psychological Association, 6+ major national payers, and 40+ stakeholder organizations.
Customers see measurable results, not just completion rates.
The goal isn't seat time. It's applied clinical competency — measured by what clinicians can do, what payers can report on, and what organizations can audit. Psych Hub is built to deliver outcomes that are visible to all three.
The CEUs are phenomenal! One can take courses at their own pace, at any time, and keep their credentials current.
How we build clinical content.
Psych Hub was built for behavioral health specifically — not adapted from a general e-learning platform with a mental-health category. Every piece of content is created by clinical experts, reviewed by senior clinicians, and continuously updated as the evidence base evolves.
- Subject-matter experts from leading institutions. Content is developed with clinicians and researchers from Harvard, Columbia, Penn, and Yale, among others.
- Licensed clinical experts review every piece of content. Each course is authored by clinical subject-matter experts and signed off by our Clinical Review Team before publication — the reviewer's name and credentials appear on the work.
- Practice is built into the model, not bolted on. The AI Therapy Simulator (currently in beta) lets clinicians have turn-based conversations with AI clients and receive real-time, clinically specific feedback. CE teaches what. The Simulator teaches how.
The standard we're building with the field.
Behavioral health is the only major area of medicine without a nationally recognized quality framework. Here's what we're building — and who's building it with us.
- The Clinical Care Pathway (CCP). A portable, provider-level credential standardizing evidence-based care across priority behavioral health conditions, including depression and mood disorders, substance use and addiction, anxiety disorders and OCD, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, attention disorders, eating disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Two-year validity with structured recertification. The first national CCP standard, period.
- Partner constellation. Healthsperien · American Psychological Association · Optum / United Behavioral Health · Humana · CVS / Aetna · Cigna / Evernorth · Magellan · Elevance / Carelon · Shatterproof · Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness — plus 40+ stakeholder organizations co-developing the standard.
- Accreditation breadth. Course completion automatically generates CE certificates across 10+ approval bodies — APA, NBCC, ASWB, CAMFT, ANCC, NYSED, and more — supporting clinicians across a wide range of licensure types and states.
Help build the standard.
Whether you're a payer, a network, a CCBHC, or an individual clinician — there's a way to participate.
