Practice the hard parts — before they're real.

Knowing a technique and doing it under pressure are two different things. Practice is where Psych Hub clinicians rehearse real clinical conversations and pressure-test their skills — in the AI Therapy Simulator (now in beta), and alongside a community of providers doing the same work.

Practice what you learn — with an AI patient.

Courses teach the what. The AI Therapy Simulator is where you build the how — a safe space to run a real clinical conversation and get specific feedback before you're in the room.

  • A library of pre-built scenarios. Choose a skill, condition, and difficulty, then lead a turn-based session with an AI client — practice on demand.
  • Course-specific scenarios and rubrics. Some courses come with their own scenarios and scoring rubrics, so what you practice maps to exactly what you just learned.
  • Build your own scenarios. Set up the situations you actually face and rehearse them before you're in the room.
  • Rubric-based feedback you can act on. Vague responses get flagged and precise ones reinforced — and every session is reviewable, so you can watch your technique improve over time.

Community

You're not doing this work alone.

A moderated space to think through the work with other behavioral health providers — because the hardest calls get easier with people who've made them too.

Community
  • Moderated discussion forums for behavioral health providers — no noise, no sales pitches.
  • Ask about the tough calls — technique, supervision, edge cases — and see how peers think them through.
  • Learn across the field, not just your own setting or specialty.

Included with Pro and all team plans.
