Hi! I'm Zoë.
In my opinion, there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection. The connection built between therapist and client has the ability to foster immense change and growth. As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist I feel truly honored to be trusted with this responsibility and want nothing more than to create a safe space for my clients to share their stories.
I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2016 and recently completed my PhD in Humanistic Psychology at Saybrook University. My psychological research examined body comparison and the impact of one's first recollected experience of comparing their body to someone else's. I am deeply passionate about this work and enjoy working with clients to develop a stronger sense of self worth and a healthier relationship with their body/body image. Additionally, I spent the better part of the last decade working in drug and alcohol treatment and continue to work with this population in private practice.
Whether you're tackling body image concerns, anxiety, substance abuse, and/or other relational issues, I would love to work with you on mastering yourself and living your most authentic life.
