Hi, I’m Virginia, a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee and an LPC in Virginia. I have over seven years of experience providing therapy and counseling services to children, teens, and adults.
For the first five years of my career, I specialized in child and adolescent therapy, helping young people navigate emotional challenges, family transitions, school stress, and life changes. In the past two years, my work has expanded to include crisis counseling and intervention, supporting individuals and families through moments of acute distress with care and stability.
I’m also passionate about maternal mental health—working with new and experienced moms as they adjust to motherhood, manage postpartum stress or anxiety, and reconnect with their identity and well-being.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies.
