Hi, My name is Vanessa, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I believe in treating clients as co-creators in their therapeutic process. I strive to create an affirming, non-judgemental, and empathetic environment for my clients to express themselves authentically. The therapeutic process is one in which I will utilize cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to facilitate processing, feeling, and connecting to oneself and emotions. My preferred populations are adolescents 14-18, transitional adults 19-25, and adults. I specialize in Autism Spectrum, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma-related disorders,&anxiety disorders, I provide in-depth assessments, track progress, and modify when necessary. I have had extensive cultural training and find fulfillment in providing my clients with an open, accepting, and encouraging environment.
