
Tricia Park
Dr. Tricia Park has been a licensed clinical psychologist for 25 years. She helps clients navigate their mental health journey with self-compassion and evidence-based practices. Dr. Park’s specializations include trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, eating disorders and body image issues, religion and spirituality, and relationship, personality, grief, and coping issues. Dr. Park employs cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). With a strong focus on building a trusting therapeutic working relationship, she helps clients foster personal growth and lasting change. She aims to help clients process emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop healthy relationships and coping strategies. Her integrative approach combines research-supported practices with a compassionate, person-centered focus, tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs. Dr. Park has worked in online, medical, private practice, and clinical settings. She believes the soul can be wounded like the body and that working with a psychological doctor can assist in healing. Dr. Park believes in helping clients understand their psychological landscapes and getting to the roots of problems to allow for a new psychological harvest. She values empathy, resilience, and life-long learning. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Park enjoys writing and has recently published a book, “Healer of the Heartcry.” She created and runs a cat shelter called “Whiskies Too.” She loves listening and playing music, the outdoors, animals, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Park is accepting new clients for virtual sessions. She offers short and long-term individual and couples counseling.
