Hello, I'm Trenye. With nearly seven years of experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including in-home, community environments, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and schools. This diverse background has provided me with a unique perspective on the challenges and triumphs that individuals face in different stages of life.
My husband has served for over 21 years as a Chief in the U.S. Navy, which has given me a deep understanding of the military lifestyle and the unique challenges that come with it. I am committed to providing a safe and trusting space where military families can express their thoughts and feelings unapologetically.
I strive to promote positive social change through a lens of unconditional positive regard. My extensive experience in working with marginalized adolescents and their families fuels my passion for helping individuals develop and reintegrate positive and healthy lifestyles. Whether you are dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or grief, I am here to support you. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you navigate and overcome these challenges. My goal is to connect with you on your journey towards living a more purposeful and fulfilling life.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading, baking, and staying active. I love engaging in physical activities like soccer, running, and dancing with my daughters, and exploring new foods with my husband.
If you are ready to take the next step towards healing and growth, I am here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to create a positive change in your life.
