Hello there, I am Tracie Grider, a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Virginia. I have over 18 years of nursing experience mostly working in the mental health care field. My approach to treatment is collaborating with my patients to improve their mental health by providing education on the disease process, and medication use, as well as supporting overall wellbeing. I am caring, empathetic, and easy to talk to. My experience working with mental illness makes me especially passionate about providing effective treatment. I also have years of experience working closely with the active-duty military and their dependents. My treatment population is adults 18 years and older.

If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
