I help BIPOC LGBTQ+ clients dealing with imposter syndrome and low self-esteem to reconnect to their power and core to better handle the challenges life that brings. I use a holistic approach when getting to know clients, to better understand all of the factors that can cause distress and use that knowledge to create a roadmap to a better life. I use expressive arts as a means for self discovery and understanding, because expression goes beyond just words!
