"Tasha Walls is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals across diverse treatment settings, including outpatient therapy centers, care coordination agencies, and the court system. A graduate of Salisbury University (2015), Tasha specializes in treating anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and self-esteem issues. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Tasha’s therapeutic approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also incorporates mindfulness-based interventions to enhance emotional regulation and resilience. Tasha is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Her professional journey includes roles as a college professor, further enriching her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
