Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and proud U.S. Air Force veteran, currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology at Walden University. I bring both life experience and clinical training to the work I do with individuals and couples, helping them move through anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum challenges, and relationship struggles.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Direct Practice in Mental Health and Substance Abuse, and I integrate evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR) mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into my work.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re adjusting to a new chapter, processing past experiences, or working to strengthen your relationships, therapy can be a powerful tool—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you.
