Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Structural Therapy.
I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences—because no two paths are the same.
