Sheriese Bone
"Sheriese Bone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and families on their journey toward healing, growth, and resilience. She is licensed in Iowa, Kentucky, and Tennessee and specializes in trauma-informed therapy. Sheriese believes in the importance of finding harmony in all aspects of self—mind, body, and soul. She sees therapy as a courageous decision and a transformative journey rather than a race. Her approach is client-centered, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, she helps clients develop awareness and resilience, fostering healing and renewed energy. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Sheriese is a passionate advocate for social justice, particularly in the areas of human and animal rights. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and her dog, and experiencing music in all its forms. She believes that difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations and celebrates each client’s decision to embark on their journey toward healing."
