I collaborate with my clients to develop goals and plans to meet those goals by working to understand what motivates you and pushes you to grow and change. I have a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I enjoy getting to know the real you, and understanding more about what motivates and encourages you. I think it's important to follow and practice one's passions, and I always like to help encourage people to do what makes them truly happy. When we meet, we will talk about where you are at, where you want to be, and how we can work together to get you there.
