
Sari Wyckoff
Sari Wyckoff is an empathetic, caring, and open-minded therapist. She passionately believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of a client’s therapy. Sari has worked in the field since 2019, counseling adults and adolescents. Sari has specialization in anxiety, depression, self-harming, stress, substance abuse, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Sari uses an eclectic approach, utilizing multiple modalities of therapy. This involves person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, feminist therapy, mindfulness, somatic trauma work and a multicultural approach as examples. Sari is LGBTQ+ allied, Racial Justice allied, and Single mother allied. Sari is a POC and open to working with clients of all backgrounds. Sari’s focus is to have an egalitarian relationship with her clients. She aims to help guide clients with what is impacting their life by utilizing empathy, processing life transitions, emotional regulation skills, and teaching coping mechanisms. Outside of practicing therapy, Sari enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, engaging in self care, and trying new activities. Sari believes self-care is important and prioritizes this for her clients to maintain their overall wellness from a holistic perspective. Sari believes therapy not only involves the work with the counselor, but how you implement that work into daily life.
