Relationships are unavoidable and make the world go round, but when they go wrong it can feel devastating. The relationship we have with ourselves is considered the most important, as we must be in a healthy place to interact and successfully bond with others. Oftentimes past trauma can be exacerbated or triggered by our relationships with others—whether unintentional or due to the relationship itself consisting of abusive or unhealthy facets. It is imperative to work to resolve any trauma, so that it does not continue to dampen your happiness and quality of relationship with yourself and others.
I have extensive experience in the following therapies: Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Systems, and Trauma Focused. This allows treatment, growth, and support to be possible for an array of issues: personal trauma, infidelity—current or past, or addiction on account of your partner.
Therapy is a safe haven to process those difficulties which are often anger provoking, embarrassing, and painful. It is a place filled with non-judgment, meeting you—where you are in life!
I have additional availability outside of my direct scheduling hours. Feel free to send me a message with other scheduling requests!
