Female
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of clinical experience. I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
The focus of my work is individually with adult females and adolescents. As a provider, I specialize in women's mental health issues. I believe the therapeutic process should be an integrative and collaborative approach toward healing with the recognition that every person has a unique history. I use empathy, compassion, and a sense of humor to build rapport with clients, and also to support clients in feeling empowered on their journey towards a healing space. I utilize a strength-based and cognitive behavioral approach that will assist in the development of an authentic relationship with myself and others. My goal is to welcome clients into a safe space, providing support, while assisting them in the process of navigating and overcoming emotional hardships.
As a clinician, I partner with my clients in their journey of healing. My clinical orientation is specialized in the areas of women’s issues, relational/interpersonal dynamics, attachment issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, general stress, and overcoming trauma. I am currently trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Informed-Trauma Care, Seeking Safety, Behavioral Modification, Solution-Focused Therapy and Collaborative Problem-Solving Strategies. It would be my pleasure to come alongside you on your journey and assist in cultivating a brave space of restorative growth.
