Firstly, I want to validate the courage it takes to consider therapy—taking that first step to seek help is a sign of strength. While therapy doesn’t offer quick fixes, I’ve had the privilege of helping many clients better understand themselves, allowing them to navigate life’s challenges in more authentic and meaningful ways. I am excited to begin our therapeutic journey together.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and a Board-Certified Art Therapist.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals and families of all ages and of various backgrounds in schools, treatment centers, and community mental health settings. I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, with a focus on finding solutions that honor each person’s unique background and needs. I also draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Art Therapy.
I’m especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults and in working with new and expecting mothers. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Art Therapy to help clients heal and thrive.
I also provide supervision to ATR-P licensees seeking supervision towards their Registered Art Therapist licensure (ATR).
