I am a licensed counselor committed to helping individuals understand their past and work to achieve their personal goals. Our work together will focus on realizing the potential and bringing it to action. I believe in a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. Right from college I continued at the location of my internship, and have been there for 24 years working with children, families and adults. For the past 20 years I have worked for a county 24 hour crisis hotline answering calls from the community. I taught college classes for 1 year and was able to see some of the next generation of mental health professionals, and help them on their journey. I try to keep active by playing soccer, both indoor and outdoor, and riding motorcycles, both street and off road bikes. The most uplifting thing that happens about once or twice a year, is when a former client calls or comes into the office to tell of their successes in life. I want to continue to have the experience of making each client I see a success story.
