My name is Rochelle and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as Nationally Board Certified. I use a holistic approach by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit and body are interconnected. A positive therapeutic relationship is a needed foundation for that treatment and growth to happen, therefore, my approach is focused on you and your needs. I will work collaboratively with you towards healing, finding inner peace and being able to move forward; Ultimately, it is about what will work best for you. Each person is unique and no two people experience things in the exact same way. I do not believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach to therapy, but that each individual has individual needs.

I borrow from several different treatment models based on what fits best for the individual. This eclectic blend is mainly pulled from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution- focused, attachment and dialectical behavioral therapies. Though, I specialize in the treatment of trauma- related disorders, I have aided in the success of overcoming a number of different challenges, such as, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideations, paranoia, obsessive compulsions and many others.

Reaching out for help is difficult and I realize takes place after many previous attempts for resolution. I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on your journey!
