I'm a licensed mental health therapist and the CEO at Altha Mental Health Institute & Quantum Healing Regression, my practice is located in Boca Raton, Fl. I'm pursuing my PhD in Clinical Psychology working on my thesis. I'm a passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of clinical psychology who divides my time between clinical practice, training and consulting, and scholarly writing and research. My process draws on evidence-based techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as psychodynamic and Gestalt approaches.
