"Robert Gould is a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary, earned in 2009. Specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, Robert integrates evidence-based clinical practices into his therapy services. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), he provides effective treatment plans for a wide range of mental health concerns, including chronic stress and emotional regulation. Robert is committed to creating meaningful change in his clients' lives.
