Before my studies at FGCU, I was in the rental business and felt that I was in my calling when I did volunteer work helping people in the US and abroad. After much thought and consulting with family and friends, I decided I wanted to work more hands on helping hurting people through counseling. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
