I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet your needs. I believe that being kind and compassionate with yourself is the first step to healing and creating change.
I enjoy providing therapy for women and adolescents 14 and up. I love working with women and teens on issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship/family problems. I can offer compassion and a safe space to explore what's going wrong and what we can do about it.
Taking the first step is the hardest. I'd love to work with you on your journey to improved mental health.

We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
