"Rachel McCullough is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to providing inclusive and affirming care. She specializes in addiction, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, self-esteem, and gender identity. With a background in both substance use treatment and private practice, Rachel has extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community through training, volunteer work, and crisis support. Rachel takes an intersectional approach to mental health, recognizing the impact of cultural, environmental, and systemic factors. She tailors therapy to each individual, using evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy. She has worked in substance abuse clinics in New Orleans, Los Angeles, and Memphis, as well as an LGBTQ+ youth clinic and crisis text line. In her free time, Rachel enjoys writing and performing music, attending concerts, dancing, and spending time with her rescue pit bull, Freddie."
