Hello and welcome to my practice as a Grow Therapy provider. I am a dual board-certified Family Practice and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and Christ-centered mental health care. I blend clinical expertise with biblical principles, recognizing the inherent dignity, worth, and purpose of every individual. My mission is to support emotional healing, spiritual restoration, and renewed hope through integrated psychiatric treatment.
With advanced training in psychiatric assessment, psychopharmacology, and trauma-informed psychotherapy, I specialize in mood disorders, grief, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. My clinical approach honors both science and Scripture, guiding patients toward clarity, stability, and wholeness by addressing mind, body, and spirit.
I practice from the conviction that mental health treatment should be collaborative, respectful, and grounded in grace. I incorporate prayer when welcomed by the patient, encourage faith-aligned coping strategies, and promote practices such as CBT, mindfulness, meditation on Scripture, gratitude, forgiveness work, and identity-renewing thought patterns.
I strive to provide an empathetic, and safe therapeutic environment where patients feel seen, heard, and valued. I partners with individuals and families to build sustainable treatment plans that foster resilience, emotional balance, and spiritual growth.
My commitment to excellence includes ongoing study of emerging psychiatric research, integrative care models, and evidence-informed, faith-compatible treatment strategies. Ultimately, I seek to glorify God through my work and to help each patient move toward renewed mental wellness, restored identity, and purposeful living.
