Paula Arce
My name is Paula Arce. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Narcissistic Relationships, Codependency and Borderline Personality. I’m committed to helping individuals to learn how to overcome their anxiety and fears and live a happier and healthier life. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that contribute to the disorder and helping alleviate the symptoms. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals, as is the client the one called to make the needed changes and try new ways that can lead to a better life.
