I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, pain management, substance abuse, life skills, and general personal well-being. My clinical style is one of true partnership and collaboration with my patients/clients. I recognize the strengths, preferences, and potential of all my clients I have done extensive case management, individual therapy, and couple and family counseling. I have worked in inpatient mental health settings and mental health outreach within the community. I have worked in government agencies such as child welfare, corrections, and substance in/outpatient treatment. I have also worked with LBGTQ clients.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
