I’m Patience Amune, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to helping adults—especially women—navigate ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and mood-related challenges. I provide thoughtful medication management combined with supportive, practical care to help you feel more focused, emotionally balanced, and in control of your daily life.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or unsure whether their symptoms are related to ADHD, anxiety, or both. I understand how frustrating it can be to struggle in silence or feel like your concerns have been overlooked. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also receiving clear guidance and effective treatment.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that truly fits your needs. This may include medication management, education, and practical strategies to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall well-being. I focus on realistic, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.

I provide care through telehealth across Florida as well as in-person visits in Sanford. For those who prefer, I also offer faith-informed care as part of a holistic approach to mental health.
