Hello, I'm Pamela. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique journeys towards healing and self-acceptance. I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado (#0016045) and hold certifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Board Certified Coach for life, business, or executives. My work is driven by a deep commitment to fostering better communication and reducing conflicts among children, youth, families, and couples. I have had the privilege of supporting LGBTQ individuals, survivors of abuse, and suicidal teens and adults in finding their answers and embracing who they are. Over the past several years, I have dedicated myself to studying and training to assist individuals dealing with trauma and crisis, such as PTSD. Recently, I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, to better support those in need. My primary focus is working with teens aged 12 and up, as well as adults, using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's goals. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate worksheets between sessions to help clients achieve their therapeutic objectives.
