Therapy is a unique process for each client. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation during which I learn about you, your situation, and your goals. You also get the chance to learn more about me and get a feel for how we will work together. During the course of therapy, we will continue to evaluate and make changes to your treatment to reflect completed goals and new challenges. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
