I am an experienced psychiatrist with more than 20 years of clinical practice, specializing in a comprehensive range of psychiatric conditions including Schizophrenia spectrum, Psychotic disorders, Bipolar and related disorders, Depressive and Anxiety disorders, Trauma- and stressor-related disorders, Somatic symptom disorders, and Substance-related and addictive disorders. My clinical expertise spans a variety of settings such as inpatient and outpatient facilities, community correctional facilities, and emergency crisis stabilization units.
I completed my psychiatry internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and my residency at the Morehouse School of Medicine, training at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. I reside in Atlanta with my wife, who works as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and our four wonderful children.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about traveling with my family, gardening, serving my community, and mentoring youth.
