Nicole Wildeman has worked with a dynamic background of clients over 7 years working in schools and in private practice, and believes the most rewarding experience is connecting with individuals that are going through a life adjustment and being able to collaborate to push past fear and obstacles to explore a deeper understanding and create helpful coping skills. She is deeply enthusiastic about the power of an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. She believes in the power of change, acceptance, and growth when individuals are provided with the necessary resources, support, and tools. By utilizing psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), she can address a wide range of needs ranging from anxiety, depression, and grief/loss to low self-esteem and confidence. Her focus is on trauma-informed, person-centered techniques, ensuring that therapy is tailored, collaborative, and unique to each client. This holistic approach creates an optimal environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings and effectively tackle any challenges they may face. Nicole is a mom, and strongly believes in a work-life balance, prioritizing maintaining a healthy mind/body/soul and wellness in all areas of life.
