I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. In order to make changes in your life, you have to be willing to put in the effort. It is my goal to make my clients feel comfortable and safe because this is where you are going to get the most change and progress. Coming to counseling is a very personal step. One that you should feel hopeful about. Many clients say they are nervous about their first session. To combat those feelings, I assure you that I will listen, provide a space for you to process your feelings, explore your thoughts and behaviors and provide strategies and techniques to help reach your goals. With no judgement.

I seek to provide culturally competent counseling to all individuals. I will be walking with you as you process life situations and how they have affected you. I have experience working with individuals, children, families, couples, and groups in a number of settings.
