Navigating life’s constant changes can be overwhelming — after all, we’re all experiencing this journey for the first time, and mistakes are simply part of the process. As a therapist, my goal is to help you turn challenges into growth opportunities and support you in building a more fulfilling, balanced life.
I bring a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, offering psychoeducation, personalized strategies, and homework challenges to help you stay focused and empowered. My work centers on helping clients develop strong boundaries, confidently advocate for their needs, and enhance their sense of self-worth. I especially enjoy supporting clients in learning to navigate conflict, build healthier relationships, and communicate more effectively.
My clinical specialties include:
Anxiety & Depression
ADHD & Behavior Modification
Relationship Conflict
Low Self-Esteem
Parenting Support
Women's Issues
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Person-Centered approach to guide our work together. You can expect genuine care, humor, thought-provoking conversations, and a meet-you-where-you-are attitude to help make the counseling process both impactful and approachable.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Psychology from Walden University. Since becoming a licensed professional counselor in 2018, I’ve worked in psychiatric hospitals, community mental health, and private practice — giving me the privilege of supporting a wide range of individuals and concerns. I often say, “I’ve seen a little bit of everyone with a little bit of everything going on.”
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in reading, swimming, working out, artistic outlets, and spending time with my four amazing children.
Starting therapy is a courageous step — opening up can be intimidating, but the journey toward healing and self-understanding is always worth it. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
