Life can be challenging, and the pandemic has exacerbated things. At times, all of the pressure and stress can be overwhelming. I am here to help you get through this difficult time. Whether it be grief, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, job performance or finding your purpose in life we can figure things out together. You don't have to do this alone!

I like to use a person-centered approach so my clients can take the lead with their concerns and address what they want to talk about during sessions.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
