
Mildred Dukic
Dr. Suzie Dukic is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) with experience working with adults and couples. When working with clients, she integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Additionally, when Dr. Dukic works with couples, she helps them to work on secure attachment and creating a lasting bond. Her clinical expertise includes anxiety, life transitions, identity work, self-esteem, anger management, and impulse control. She also has extensive experience working with military personnel and their families. Dr. Dukic believes in building strong relationships with her clients based on trust and healthy communication. When Dr. Dukic is not working with clients, she is a professor with a university counseling program, teaching master's level students to become licensed professional counselors. She is also an approved clinical supervisor for licensure trainees in Tennessee. Dr. Dukic believes in a work-life balance and when she is not seeing clients, teaching, or supervising, she enjoys being outside camping, hiking, and spending time with her two dogs Arya and Sansa. She is also a proud grandmother of a grand-daughter. Dr. Dukic earned her master's degree in Professional Counseling from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee August 2010 and her doctorate in Clinical Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee December 2017.
