Hello. My name is Michael James and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Georgia with over 13 years experience. I have worked in various roles over the last decade including being an psychiatric director, a COO, and of course a therapist. I have been doing teletherapy for the last several years and work with both individuals and couples. I have worked with many adult populations with extensive experience working with people with trauma, relational problems, addictions, anxiety, and mood disorders. I have also worked with many couples with a variety of issues. I am trained in and use different evidence based practices including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. little about me. I love college football, golf, skiing, and spending time with family. I am married and have twins. I believe in the power of change and growth and after doing different roles in my career, I always came back to working directly with people, helping them identify and deal witn the issues and traumas in their life so that they can move forward.
