My focus of treatment is using CBT and a strength-based approach in helping adults find different perspectives of the issues they are facing to help feel empowered towards change. I can help you find solutions to the road blocks that can keep you stuck from making positive changes in your life. I have years of experience working with individuals and couples uncovering the personal unconscious that drives our maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, which serve as barriers from being the best version of ourselves, even on the hard days. I am excited to work alongside you in helping address anxiety, depression, and other stress-related disorders that could be stemming from experiencing high distressing emotions, low self-esteem, that is leading to problems in interpersonal relationships.
