I have experience in decreasing anxiety, improving depression by challenging those thoughts and adding some relaxation techniques. The approach used to assist with decreasing your anxiety and depression is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Rational Therapy (REBT), and Narrative Therapy. I decided to become a therapist because I wanted to assist individuals in becoming a better version of themselves. Seeing the improvements with the individuals I help, especially as they reach their goals is rewarding. I will strive to provide a warm and safe environment.
