Hello, I'm Mrs. Maudlyn. We are on this journey together called life with unexpected turns, challenges, detours, appointments, disappointments, and just trying to get home. We all respond to these challenges differently, and sometimes we need help to get through. As a mental health professional and a scientist of the soul, I prefer a holistic and integrative approach because it is inclusive of your needs and brings together different elements to reach your goals. I take the view that no single approach can provide healing in all circumstances, experiences, and situations. I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in 1997 and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 2005. I am currently licensed in Texas as an LPC-S. I am also a Board-Certified National Certified Counselor. My specialties include family relationships, sex and intimacy issues, multicultural and diversity issues, anger management, anxiety, depression, psychosis and schizophrenia, spirituality, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
