I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Addiction Specialist in Colorado. Additionally, I am a professional member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and an AAMFT-approved supervisor in training. My journey in mental health has allowed me to work with clients and their families across all intellectual functioning levels, including those with learning and intellectual disabilities. I've had the privilege of helping many children, adults, and their families navigate various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
