My name is Lynn Faust Cohen. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of experience. I specialize in EMDR working exclusively with trauma and grief. My approach is multifaceted. You will become aware of what is alive in you in present time by delving deeply into your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. This experience is transformative and will help you to move and change traumatic memories, grief and anxiety. We will take this path together creating trust and a deeper sense of your own ability to navigate unknown territory. I will be fully present without judgement, since I believe that most of us are very hard on ourselves. Self compassion and acceptance is part of our process always allowing whatever needs to come up to surface and then healing happens.
