Hi there, I’m Lory. Do you find yourself constantly second-guessing yourself in relationships or repeating the same painful cycles, no matter how hard you try to break them? Are childhood wounds or past experiences still shaping how you show up for yourself and others? If so, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
I work with children, teens, and Gen Z and millennial women who are healing from childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. Together, we focus on building emotional clarity, healthier connections, and lasting personal growth. My own life experiences have shaped a deeply empathetic approach to therapy, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they do this meaningful work.
As your therapist, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore challenges at your pace, develop effective coping skills, set realistic goals, and build on your strengths. If faith is important to you, I am also happy to integrate Christian principles and spiritual guidance into our work—supporting growth that is emotional, mental, and spiritual.
