As an LGBTQ+ person today, it’s easy to feel like everything is unraveling while you’re just trying to hold it together. If you’re exploring your identity, coming out or transitioning, or struggling to cope in an increasingly hostile world, it can feel overwhelming and hopeless. You might be questioning who you are, what you want, or your relationships. Maybe you’re carrying shame, fear, or doubt, hiding parts of yourself to please others or to stay safe. When these common problems go unspoken and unsupported, the end result can be anxiety, depression, and isolation. You don’t have to face it alone.
I'm Linden (they/he), a Philadelphia-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in in LGBTQ+ issues and gender-affirming therapy. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for my clients to seek relief, clarity, and a more authentic life. As a queer and trans therapist, I’m familiar with the challenges you may be facing.
I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and have held a clinical license since 2014. Over the years, I've supported individuals living with medical, mental health, and substance use concerns as a clinician and supervisor. I have a decade of experience working with LGBTQ+ adults and people living with HIV/AIDS.
