I understand that engaging in therapy, especially if it's the first time, can feel intimidating. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults having trouble with adjustment, stress management, depression, relationships, and more.
Therapy is not one size fits all. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to CBT, Solution Focused, Strength-Based, and Motivational Interviewing. Using a client-centered approach, I will work to build a trusting relationship, where you can feel comfortable sharing and working on your goals together.
