As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S), Certified Trauma and Resilience practitioner- Clinical (CTRP-C), and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I am equipped to give my clients the tools and strategies they need to make positive changes in their lives and reach their greatest potential. I use therapeutic techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory, as well as mind-body practices like meditation and yoga, to treat the whole person. In a safe and supportive space, I will help you to understand and develop skills for managing stress, painful emotions and experiences, and relationship difficulties.
