"Latrice Dailey is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) with over a decade of experience in substance abuse and mental health. She holds a Master of Science in Community Agency Counseling from Jacksonville University, obtained in 2013. With a robust background in various treatment settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and inpatient institutions, Latrice has honed her skills across a wide range of specialties such as trauma/PTSD, substance use disorders, ADHD, chronic health conditions, personality disorders, and anxiety disorders. In her current role as Program Manager for UAB Beacon Recovery Adolescent & Family Services, Latrice effectively blends her extensive experience and expertise with a genuine concern for her clients, facilitating change and promoting healing and growth. She utilizes evidence-based practices to stabilize disorders like bipolar, depression, and anxiety, always ensuring that mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Latrice is deeply committed to supporting diverse groups, including people with disabilities, single mothers, women, veterans, men's mental health, and survivors of trauma, abuse, and chronic illness. Outside of her professional endeavors, Latrice enjoys hiking with her dog and traveling, activities that provide her with inspiration and balance.
