Hello, my name is Kristy Martell, I have a Master of Science in Education (MS Ed) with a focus in Counseling. I am currently licensed with the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. I am also licensed with the Ohio Chemical Dependency and Professionals Board. I have more than 13 years of experience, I work full time as a therapist for a private practice and recently started my own private practice with Grow Therapy last year. As a therapist, I like to work with clients to help them establish balance within their daily routine and relationships. Through the process of therapy, we are able to work to establish healthy boundaries, develop coping skills, manage stressors, change unhealthy thinking, self-awareness and enhance personal growth.
