Hello, I'm Kellie Flores, and I'm here to support you on your journey to mental wellness. With a Master's degree and multiple certifications, including Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions together. Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of working in both Intensive Outpatient and private practice settings, helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and addiction treatment.


My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, including trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I believe that creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment is essential for clients to feel comfortable exploring their deepest emotions and experiences.


I specialize in working with individuals facing a range of challenges, including addiction, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support, phobias, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, and trauma. Additionally, I have experience working with adolescents and teens, addressing their unique mental and behavioral health needs.
